Q: Does it cost anything to join?
​A: No. There’s no fee to join and no obligation to buy anything. Referral Connections is simply our way of saying “thank you” when you send people our way.

Q: What counts as a referral?
A: A referral is any person who comes to Capell Flooring & Interiors and tells us you sent them.

That could be a friend, family member, neighbor, co-worker, or client — the key is that they mention your name when they call, email, or visit our showroom.

Q: How do I make sure I get credit for a referral?
A: This is the most important part.

When you refer someone, do two things:

1. Tell them clearly:

“When you contact Capell Flooring, make sure you tell them I sent you so I can get credit for the referral.”

2. Write their name on your Referral Rewards Punch Card / Referral Name Tracker.
The card stays with you. It’s your personal record of who you’ve referred and how close you are to your next reward. 🎗️They have to purchase though to get rewarded.

When your friend mentions your name and completes a qualifying flooring purchase, we’ll match it up on our end and you’ll earn your gift card and a punch on your card.

Q: What is the Referral Rewards Punch Card?
A: It’s your personal scorecard:

* It has spots for 10 qualifying referrals.

* Each time someone you referred completes a qualifying flooring purchase and mentions your name, you earn a gift card based on their project size and we punch the next spot on your card.

* When you reach 10 punches, you receive an extra $250 bonus gift card on top of everything else.

​You keep the card. You bring it or reference it when you’re ready to confirm punches and rewards.

Q: Can I get credit for referrals I sent you years ago?
A: No. Referral Connections is a forward-moving program.

​It doesn’t apply retroactively to projects from years past. Your rewards apply to new referrals and new purchases made after you’re in the program and your referrals let us know you sent them.

Q: What if my friend never buys anything?
​A: We’ll still treat them well and give honest advice. Your reward kicks in once they complete a qualifying flooring purchase. If they come back later and still mention your name, we can tie that purchase back to you then.

Q: How will I know when I’ve earned a gift card?
A: When someone you’ve referred completes a qualifying flooring project and has your name attached to their job, we’ll contact you so you can:

* Choose your gift card option (restaurant, favorite store, or general-use where available), and

* Confirm how you’d like to receive it.

​We’ll also help you make sure your punch card reflects the new reward you’ve earned.

Q: Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
​A: No. You can refer one person or dozens. For each qualifying project, you earn a gift card based on the size of their purchase, and every time your referrals reach ten qualifying purchases, you also receive a $250 bonus gift card on top of everything else.

Q: Do my referrals get anything special?
A: Yes. They’ll get:

* Clear communication from estimate through installation and follow-up
