Any time two pieces meet, a faint line may show, especially on:

​They’re least visible on frieze (twist) styles, whose curl disguises the joint.
Our installers follow CRI seaming standards — clean edges, sealed seams, and balanced layout — to keep seams discreet without wasting material.
​(If someone promises “no seams at all,” they’re not being truthful.)

Our installers treat every home with respect, but reality matters:
Carpet backing acts like sandpaper.
Tucking it beneath baseboards can occasionally leave light scuffs despite best efforts.  Also, if your house is freshly painted, then the paint is soft and more susceptible to scuffs. 🎗️Everything is fixable to don't stress about it.

If this is a concern, ask about soft-backed carpet options — they minimize friction and protect trim.

Each production run at the mill is a unique batch called a dye lot.
Because dyes can’t be duplicated perfectly, the same color name produced months later may vary slightly.
It’s just like paint: buy the same shade a year later, and it’s a touch different.
